GUIDELINES

All packages and classes are non-refundable, non-shareable and non-transferable without exception and expire one (1) year from
date of purchase unless otherwise specified in writing at the time
of purchase.

A “freeze” refers to placing your eligible membership on hold for a period of time. Members with eligible memberships are allowed to freeze for a total of 30 days within one year but each individual freeze must be a minimum of 7 days. Eligible memberships are unlimited months with a commitment of more than one month and do not apply to limited month memberships and special memberships

To cancel your membership, you must have completed your
minimum commitment (as set forth in your contract or at the time of
purchase) and provide 30 days prior written notice by emailing info@shred415.com. You may not cancel a membership during
a freeze.

For additional details on the terms of membership, please refer to your membership agreement or ask your studio manager. In the event of a conflict between the website and the terms of your membership agreement, the membership agreement shall control.

  1. Our classes are small and it's important that you cancel your reservation 12 hours prior to the start of class. *See cancellation policy for more details.
  2. Please arrive at the studio at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class.  If you do not show up for your reservation at or prior to the start of class (or call the studio to inform them you will be late), your spot will be given away at the start of class and you will be charged.
  3. You must sign in at the front desk before taking class.  If you do not sign in, you will be subject to a Late Cancel.
  4. Please put away all equipment and clean up your weights at the end of class.
  5. Please stop the treadmill completely before stepping off. Do not jump off the treadmill.
  6. You may NOT SAVE treadmills for guests who haven't arrived.
  7. No talking on your cell phone or to other clients during class.
  8. Do not put ANYTHING on a treadmill, i.e. weights, medicine balls, weighted bars.
  9. If you have an injury, it must be reported to your instructor prior to each class.
  10. Please opt-in to our emails.  If not, you will not receive our email reminders or wait-list emails.

CANCELLATION
POLICY

Early Cancel: An Early Cancel is any cancellation (online or by phone) that occurs more than 12 hours prior to the start of class. There is no charge for an Early Cancel.

Late Cancel: A Late Cancel is any cancellation (online or by phone) that occurs less than 12 hours prior to the start of class. All Late Cancels will be charged as follows: (i) members with any unlimited month membership will have one day taken off their package, (ii) members with any limited month membership will lose one class and (iii) participants with individual classes or multiple class packages will lose one class.

No Show: A No Show occurs if you do not cancel AND do not show up for your scheduled class. All No Shows will be charged as follows: (i) you will be charged $10 (and you hereby authorize Shred415 to charge your credit card in accordance with this policy) and (ii)(a) members with any unlimited month membership will have one day taken off their package, (b) members with any limited month membership will lose one class and (c) participants with individual classes or multiple class packages will lose one class.  

This cancellation policy includes switching time slots within 12 hours of class. You may cancel class through our Mindbody online system, calling Shred415 during business hours, or by emailing schedule@Shred415.com.
