Behind the Mic: Kim’s PB&J Recovery Smoothie

My current post-workout obsession is this PB&J Recovery Smoothie. It’s super simple—just blend and you’re out the door!


  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp protein powder (my favorite is Vanilla Perfect Fit Protein)
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
