I had dabbled in Shred415 on and off for years but it wasn’t until I had my third daughter that I finally walked into the Hinsdale studio and made the commitment. I signed up for the “Shred the Baby Bump” in December of 2018 and before I knew it my three months had flown by.  Without hesitation, I signed up for unlimited membership and the rest is history! From the front desk staff, kid’s room and awesome instructors – the Hinsdale studio goes above and beyond! I regularly have my three girls with me and they look forward to going as much as I do. As a former Division I college athlete, my body and mind crave to be pushed, encouraged and coached by the team of instructors. I truly try not to focus on the numbers and more on how I feel. The most important things I have gained at Shred415 are the support of a community that praises me for showing up while challenging me to push myself a little more each time. The commitment that I made to be the best version of myself has transcended beyond my physical transformation. I have lost around 30 lbs. in the year since I started Shredding consistently. The workout is now something I crave because of the mental benefits too. Heading to Shred415 starts my day off right. My girls love coming with me. They always want to know who is teaching me, what treadmill number I was and love “stretching” after class too! It takes me back to my college training days and it feels great to set a strong and healthy example for my girls. I am honored to be nominated for Shredder of the Month but I know that none of this would be possible without the support of the Hinsdale team. My mind and body are eternally grateful!
