March 2021: Lisa Cattani | Shred415 Pinecrest – Pinecrest, FL

March 16, 2021

After that first class, I knew I had found what I’d been looking for and that Shred415 would become a home for me in the next phase of my fitness journey.

I lost 55 pounds in 2017 and had started to let them creep back on.  When I discovered the classes at Shred415 Pinecrest, I was back up to 162 lbs. After that first class, I knew I had found what I’d been looking for and that Shred415 would become a home for me in the next phase of my fitness journey.

From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by the front desk staff, such as Ruthy and Emma -who know your name, know you, and know just what spot you want for class. The instructors – shout out to Rogelio and Tara – bring high energy to their classes and keep you motivated to come regularly and push yourself all while also making sure you feel comfortable and never judged when you need to step back. I love how there are always suggestions and modifications for Shredders of any level, so everyone can get the most out of each class.

I can’t say enough about the owners of the gym, Jorge and Melissa and how they’ve stepped up to help their members during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the trainers adjusting to train us from home!  Being able to do online classes during quarantine was instrumental to staying sane for me during a difficult time.  I feel so much improvement in my core strength, I’m not experiencing back pain as I was from previous routine activities and the toning I am seeing on my arms and shoulders is also a huge plus!

There have been ups and downs during this tough time but I ended January at 151 lbs and am still continuing on my journey to keep improving my strength and my satisfaction with my health and fitness.  Nothing like being able to live your life like you want to AND feel your best!  Thanks to Shred415 Pinecrest and to the whole #Shredfam!
