Shred415 has become a vital part of our lives and relationship.
We’ve always been a relatively fit and healthy couple (at least one of us was). Stu, a committed gym-goer, and Bekah, a very active couch potato.
So when Stu stumbled upon a brand new workout called Shred415, he braved the first class solo because Bekah was afraid it would be too intense for her. Luckily, Stu was able to convince Bekah to give it a try, and not too long thereafter, we took our first class together with South Loop instructor Brittanie Chin.
We were instantly hooked. It was like no other workout experience we’ve ever had. The motivation, the energy, and the friendly competition were key factors in creating our addiction. What started as a once or twice weekly affair quickly escalated leading up to a winter break Mexico trip, and the results began to show.
Six months later, and we’re officially “Shredding to the wedding.” Amid all the chaos of planning a wedding, it’s nice to have some quality time, and that’s what Shred has become—something that we look forward to doing together day in and day out.
Shred415 has become a vital part of our lives and relationship (i.e., making our Valentine’s Day plans around our daily Shred415 class), and we have even formed many new relationships with the various staff members and instructors. Every time we walk through the South Loop doors, we are greeted with smiles and the usual “How many days until the wedding?” question. The answer is 20, and we are very proud to say that we will be in the best shape of our lives on the day of our wedding! Bekah has gained 5 pounds of muscle and Stu has lost 10 pounds.
