Just over a year ago signed me up for a 6:00 a.m. class at Shred415. When I finished that first class I was hurting, but at the same time I felt invigorated for the rest of day. Initially, I signed up for 2 classes a month. But, within a couple of weeks I quickly changed to an unlimited package and started going 4-5 days per week.
The enthusiasm of the ShredIndy instructors and their passion for fitness has really helped me to invigorate my daily routine and pay more attention to my health. I didn’t mind getting up early and looked forward to seeing familiar faces each time I went. I slimmed down and had more energy. As the father of four wonderful kids I knew being healthy was important. It’s especially important to me because I was diagnosed with a heart condition 20 years ago. I’ve been on medication and always had to make lifestyle adjustments to remain healthy. But, Shred415 has really given my heart exactly what it needed.
My cardiologist was shocked when he read my Echocardiogram about 9 months after I started at Shred 415 He entered the exam room and asked me what I had been doing in the last year. I told him about Shred 415 and the work out. He told me my cardiac function was similar to the professional athletes he sees as he is the team Cardiologist of the Indiana Pacers!
I truly feel blessed to have the Shred415 in my life. I am thankful my wife set up those initial classes. Dana and her team not only have they made me feel better mentally, physically, but also have helped fix my broken heart.
It’s important to consult your doctor before starting an exercise program.
