I’ve lost 20lbs since I started, and Shred415 has become a part of my lifestyle.
My friend invited me to a class in January 2015. Lucky for me, on our way to class (I vividly remember it; it was a cold January Saturday) she said to me, “Christina, I’m so proud of you, I’m surprised you wanted to take this class with me.”
I said to her, “Danielle, I know. I have to get in gear for this wedding, and I’ve done spinning before and loved it.” She looked at me like I was crazy and goes, “You do know there’s no spinning in this class, right?” And then I almost cried.
I’ve HATED running all my life, even in high school when we had to run three miles during gym class, I would always make up a lie to get out of it. She encouraged me to attend the class and said that I could run at my own pace.
Needless to say, I went along with it, even though I couldn’t sit for a week after class because I was so sore! Before Shred415, it had probably been two years since I’d been to a gym or any workout class. And now I’m attending three classes a week and I’m running two to three miles a class. Not to mention, my husband keeps commenting on my shredded muscles.
I’ve lost 20 pounds since I started, and Shred415 has become a part of my lifestyle, which I never thought would happen.
