Before I started at Shred415, I considered myself decently active. I’ve always been a runner, but never saw the full results I was inspiring for. I heard about Shred415 and thought it may help me in achieving my goal of being in amazing shape when I turn 50 in July 2018.
I started Shredding in December 2015, and after my first week of classes, I was hooked! With Shred415 just a few blocks from my house, it was easy for me to fall into a strict, 5-day workout routine of 6AM classes. It has been a fantastic way to start each day.
To date, I’ve lost 20 pounds and feel great. I achieved my personal weight goal far before I even thought possible. I have to credit that to the dedication of attending Shred415 classes and the great workouts that the instructors provide us.
What I enjoy most are the instructors who make the classes fun to attend, while at the same time keeping all of us motivated to achieve our own sets of personal goals.
It’s great to see the progress of fellow Shredders and the joy that healthy lifestyle brings. Another great component of what the Shred415 workout provides is the translation to living a functional lifestyle with a functional workout. Shred not only offers weight and strength exercises, but cardio and running exercises as well. It provides balance and, with the type of lifestyle I live, it’s perfect!
With Shred415, I’ve not only met my personal goals for weight and fitness, but I’ve also made some great friends and learned more than I ever expected! I highly recommend Shred415 to anyone who has fitness goals. I promise you that you can meet your expectations!
