Class Procedures:

Classes will be limited to 50% capacity or 15 Shredders. Sign up in advance will be required, walk-ins will NOT be allowed.
Shredders will arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start time and will wait outside until they are called to enter the studio.
When coming in, check-in at the front desk and use hand sanitizer.
Front desk will assign Shedders a treadmill and a deck. Decks will be numbered as well.

Staff should hold and assign decks closest to instructor stand to new Shredder(s)
New Shredders should still get a studio tour and explanation of what to expect during class. Staff members must keep a safe social distance during tours.

Shredders can grab a towel or bring their own.
Shredders will be encouraged to bring just a few personal items, such as keys, cell phone, etc. These items will be stored inside their decks. Lockers will not be available.
In class, treads and decks will not be shared. Classes will remain 4 segments of 15 minutes and will only use dumbbells. No one will share equipment, decks or treadmill.
After class, each Shredder will be encouraged to use disinfecting wipes to clean treadmills, deck and weights used.
After class everyone should leave dumbbells under decks to be clean and sanitized
Shredders will be encouraged to leave immediately after class. No socializing inside the studio will be allowed. Staff will use 30 minutes in between classes to properly clean and disinfect.
All late cancel and no show fees will be implemented and charged per our policy. We will not be able to waive these charges.
Shredders and instructors will need to wear masks before and after class while in the studio. Masks are not mandatory during class. Shred415 masks will be given to all staff and will be part of our uniform until further notice.
Staff will not be allowed to sign up for classes in advance while we are operating under capacity restrictions. If space is available in a class, staff is welcomed to take the class once all members have been assigned a spot.

Studio Operations:

Capacity: Classes will be maxed out at 50% capacity. No more than 15 Shredders plus instructor.
Sanitization: There will be a minimum of 30 minutes in between classes to sanitize the studio. Shredders will not be allowed in the studio prior to the scheduled class time. We will also have hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes throughout the studio.
Class Schedule: We will publish classes weekly at least 1 week in advance. This will provide the flexibility to adjust the schedule as needed.
Class Format: All classes will be 60 minutes divided into four - 15 minute intervals. No equipment will be shared and will be limited to dumbbells only on the floor. All Shredders will have an assigned treadmill and deck number and will be assigned a starting spot when they check in at the front desk.
Registration: Please reserve classes ahead of time. Walk-ins will not be allowed. Shredders can sign up online, on our app, website or by calling the studio up to 1 hour before the scheduled class time. Staff should remind members to please sign up for classes.
Kids Lounge: Unfortunately the Shred Kids room will remain closed until further notice.
Towels: Towels will be available at the studio however you are always welcomed to bring your own if you’d prefer.
Lockers: Lockers will not be available at this time. Please limit personal belongings to small items (i.e. Keys & phone). Members will be able to use the small storage space under your assigned deck to store these items.
Showers / Amenities: In order to abide with guidelines, showers will not be in operation until further notice. Amenities such as hair ties, bobbi pins, ear plugs, mints and lollipops will be available upon request. Please ask one of our staff members for assistance.
Check-in: Our new check-in procedure will be contactless and efficient. Shredders will be assigned a specific treadmill and deck upon checking in.

New Shredders - staff will allow customer to read waiver if they wish to do so and will ask for verbal acknowledgement to sign on their behalf on iPad.

Face Masks: Face coverings will not be required during class but will be mandatory before and after class.
Water / Drinks: Water and ice machines in the studio will not be in operation however we will continue to have cold drinks available for purchase and automatic bottle filler will be working.
Apparel: Clothing items will not be able to be tried on or exchanged. Please be sure members have the proper size prior to purchasing and remind them of “no returns” policy at the moment.
Late Cancel / No Show Policy: Due to limited capacity and in order to accommodate as many Shredders as possible, the $10 Late Cancel and $15 No Show fees will be enforced.
Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to the class scheduled time. Shredders will not be able to enter the studio until the class time and will be asked to leave promptly after class to allow ample time for sanitizing the studio.
