Carmel Shred415

CLASSES

Carmel Shred415’s signature class is based on four, fifteen minute segments, alternating between treadmill drills and strength training, plus onsite childcare. In every class, you’ll always do an equal amount of strength and cardio. You’ll select your weights and set your speed on the treadmill, and your instructor will challenge you to work up to your next level—at a pace that works for you. Be sure to check out some of our additional class formats on our schedule.

Kids Lounge

We offer childcare for kids ages 6 weeks to 13 years old, and our playroom is fully stocked with everything your little one will need to have fun and stay safe. Available at certain studios and at select times during the day. Please look at the studio schedule for Kids Lounge to book or contact your local studio for further information.

AMENITIES

We provide complimentary lockers and towel service, as well as fully-equipped bathrooms with showers, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryers, and other toiletries so you can freshen up.

Update: it’s been 6 years since my first Shred class and I continue to come back week after week. The instructors continue to modify their programs so the movements do not get stale and you continue to exercise each muscle group. They are always able to give modifications based on your skill and comfort level. It is a great workout and a great community of people.

I was very intimidated to take a Shred class for the first time. My apprehension was quickly alleviated. The staff is very friendly, well trained and communicate very effectively. The classes are fast paced and each instructor chooses the exercises you will do. The classes are great if you wanting to build strength and endurance or just want a fun workout. Highly recommend!

Updating my review to say it's been over 100 classes - I still love this place so much. If you've never liked working out, or ever counted down the minutes until a class is over, this place will change you!

If you’re looking for a workout that actually pushes you and keeps you coming back, SHRED415 Indy is it. The combination of treadmill intervals and strength training keeps things challenging but never boring, and the coaches do an incredible job motivating you no matter your fitness level.

The energy in the studio is unmatched—great music, supportive community, and a team that genuinely cares about your progress. Every class feels like you’re working toward something, not just going through the motions.

I’ve seen real improvements in my strength and endurance since starting here. Highly recommend to anyone wanting an effective, high-energy workout with amazing people!

I’m a newbie at Shred415 Carmel. Hands down that Tara Homan is SUCH an awesome and incredible instructor at Shred! She brings the energy and each deck exercise is demonstrated and explained very well. She allows enough time with each exercise to feel your hard work before moving on. Third time coming and it’s been a great experience. Gym is clean and instructions are clear and understandable!

Edit: I went to this Shred location for the past year, and it has been wonderful the whole time! I’ve lost over 40 pounds in the process. I had a major ortho injury and can no longer attend. Canceling was easy and they were very understanding which is so atypical for a fitness center. Thanks Shred, you will be missed during recovery!

ShredIndy has been my home since they first opened. It’s definitely my happy place!! Not only do I love the workouts but I count on it’s community to keep me motivated! I’ve been with Trainers Tara, Kelly and Sarah since day one! I love each of their classes for different reasons! I can always count on them to show up big! Vicky is all about hype and she pushes me through when I don’t think I can give it! Kaelyn gets me motivated when I don’t feel motivated! Kaitlyn and Kait wake me up in earlier morning classes! If you’re looking for a workout that meets you where you are, Shred415 is your place! I’ve worked out here a few months postpartum and in the best shape I’ve been in. You can go at your own pace and challenge yourself as you get stronger. I always leave class feeling proud and empowered!

I started coming to Shred on January 1, 2021, and from that very first class, I was hooked. I’ve been showing up five days a week ever since. Every instructor brings an incredible energy that makes each class something to look forward to. As a mom of five, this gym has been my escape—my therapy—where I can reset and take care of myself.

The past few years have been challenging, but every time I walk through those doors, I get to step away from the chaos, even just for a little while. The workouts are tough, but they leave me feeling lighter, stronger, and more capable of handling whatever comes my way. Beyond the workouts, the Shred community has been a constant source of support, and I’m so grateful for the friendships and encouragement I’ve found here.

Leaving this summer will be bittersweet, but I will always be thankful for what this place has given me. Shred isn’t just a gym—it’s been a life-changing part of my journey.

Be careful, you'll get addicted. Shred is the best workout I've had, and the community is great. Classes fly by and I get way better results vs. at home. If you're on the fence, you need to do it!
