Naperville Shred415

CLASSES

Naperville Shred415’s signature class is based on four, fifteen minute segments, alternating between treadmill drills and strength training, plus onsite childcare. In every class, you’ll always do an equal amount of strength and cardio. You’ll select your weights and set your speed on the treadmill, and your instructor will challenge you to work up to your next level—at a pace that works for you. Be sure to check out some of our additional class formats on our schedule.

Kids Lounge

We offer childcare for kids ages 6 weeks to 13 years old, and our playroom is fully stocked with everything your little one will need to have fun and stay safe. Available at certain studios and at select times during the day. Please look at the studio schedule for Kids Lounge to book or contact your local studio for further information.

AMENITIES

We provide complimentary lockers and towel service, as well as fully-equipped bathrooms with showers, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryers, and other toiletries so you can freshen up.

Shred415 Naperville is both strength and cardio with tons of energy and fun!!! It’s my favorite workout! The studio has the best community feel to it and the staff makes you feel like family. I recommend Shred415 Naperville to anyone looking for a new fun workout class!!

Not sure if the receptionists were new or still in training, but there was a lot of confusion with attendee placement. I arrived 10 minutes before class started and my workout was interrupted to move me onto the floor bc I wasn’t supposed to be on the treadmill to start. This caused me to miss the entire first strength portion because we were already 20 minutes into the class. Other studios prioritize being on time but it seems like this studio still lets in a ton of late people and unfortunately caused me to have my workout interrupted.
It’s common sense to me to place late people wherever there are open spaces instead of stopping someone in the middle of running to get them off the treadmill. The instructor was good but other than that kind of ruined my flow.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Incredible first-time experience – highly recommend Shred415!**

I just took my very first **Shred415** class at the Naperville location and it was fantastic! The signature 4/15 format (four 15-minute segments alternating between high-energy treadmill drills and strength training) kept things moving, challenging, and never boring. It’s the perfect mix of cardio and strength that leaves you feeling accomplished and energized.

Special shoutout to Instructor Eileen really good and gave great instruction the entire time. As a complete beginner to this style of class, I felt fully supported. She explained everything clearly, offered modifications, kept the energy high, and made sure everyone was doing the moves safely and effectively. Her coaching made a huge difference and helped me get the most out of the workout without feeling overwhelmed.

The studio has a motivating vibe, and the whole experience was so positive that I’m already planning on going back (and bringing friends!). Whether you’re new to fitness classes or a regular, this is a great spot.

If you’re in the Naperville area, definitely check out Shred415 – and try to catch a class with Eileen if you can. I highly recommend it!

I have been going to Shred for 3 months now and I love it. It is hard, pushes me out of my comfort zone so I see improvements and makes me feel great after I have finished a class. I highly recommend Shred to anyone who wants to see real change and feel great!

I’m not one to usually belong to a gym, but after trying Shred, I’m hooked. The instructors are all terrific and I never feel pressured, just inspired. Even though it’s a group class, it’s an individual workout where each person is encouraged to do their best and reach their own personal goals.

Shred is the most superb community ever! The energy level is always high in every class among all instructors! The workouts are top notch and incorporate a large variety of moves for all levels. The studio is clean, organized and they have childcare - which is a huge bonus!

I don't have enough good things to say about my experience at Shred 415. The instructors I've had have been super on top of explaining what to expect, the movements, and how to navigate this super challenging workout. I really enjoyed the small educational bits that Steph worked in throughout the class and the enthusiasm this crew has for coaching fitness for life. It is refreshing to be greeted with warmth in a fitness setting which can sometimes be intimidating. Thank you, Shred 415! Keep up the great work.

I have never done a group workout class before Shred and now I’ve been 6 times in the past few weeks! I really enjoy the pacing and atmosphere of the classes. I am absolutely working harder in these classes than I do on my own and I’m excited to keep coming!

Tried Shred 415 for the first time this morning, and I absolutely LOVED it! I’ve done circuit training workouts, and this class is great with the weights and treadmill. The high energy of our awesome instructor, Ashley, helped explain the class beforehand and ran it smoothly. I will say, I think it’s helpful if you’ve done weight lifting classes previously, because it is very fast paced, and the moves change quickly. I had a blast, and can’t wait to go again!

I love Shred 415 Naperville a lot. I always have a lot of fun when I am there. All the instructors are absolutely great. My favorite instructor is Addie. Addie is a phenomenal instructor who is very nice and caring. I respect Addie’s teaching style. She makes every work out fun and engaging, and her energy and enthusiasm are infectious. I really love all the Shred classes, and Shred 415 is a lot better than my previous gym that closed down. My favorite class at Shred is Total Body because you get to do a variety of exercises. From the owner to the manager, instructors, staff, and the entire crew of Shred 415 Naperville, they are all very welcoming and kind, making it a truly special place. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great workout and in a fun atmosphere.

I was looking for something different than biking and running since and I have LOVED every single class I have taken. I have done 5 classes so far and love the intensity during and the soreness I feel after. I don’t tend to like group exercise classes but this is different. All the teachers and other people in the class are kind and supportive and it does not have a competitive vibe, more competing with yourself which is how I like to exercise.

I absolutely love everything about the classes , the front desk staff are helpful and greets everyone by name ! The trainers are very knowledgeable and engaging! The concept of weight training and cardio in one session sold me ! You won’t be disappointed

I tried a Shred415 class as a class pass user and was hooked instantly. I love the energy, the instructors, and most importantly the workout. The days and times offered are convenient and they have a great childcare room which is a plus and has saved me in a pinch. I’m now an ultimate shredder!

Tried this place out recently and it was great! The space is squeaky clean, the girls were so nice and welcoming! The gym is a dark vibe, which I love, and plenty of space and equipment provided for each person. Can’t wait for my next class!

SHRED415 offers challenging workouts with awesome trainers. Two years ago my old gym closed its doors and I struggled to find a program that offered well rounded high intensity interval training with consistent coaching. After trying many places for a year and a half, I decided to take a class at SHRED. While my first few classes were tough, I thoroughly enjoyed the mix of cardio and strength training. I am so happy I joined, I feel great and have experienced health benefits as well! I am so glad Ashley talked me into joining 🙂

I originally found this spot through a Chicago-based workout community I'm a member of and I loved it. I knew I was falling behind on my lifting workouts because I was having a tough time programming my own and then sticking to the routine, so finding Shred415 was a breath of fresh air! The workouts are different every day and they're fully customizable depending on personal needs and energy levels. The schedule is pretty robust too and fits my current work calendar since I commute downtown just about every day.

Shred 415 is the BEST!!! It is a challenging workout for all abilities, has such a great, inclusive vibe, amazing playlists, motivating instructors, and such a supportive community! I have been a shredder in Naperville since it opened (2020) and it’s still my favorite way to start the day 😊. It’s a great mix of cardio and strength and offers such an amazing workout!

I have been working out at Shred415 Naperville since they opened starting with free pop-ups in the park to try out a class based workout rather than just doing my own thing at the gym. I quickly fell in love and got my then-fiancé to join with me to get into a routine before our wedding. That same routine stuck through our wedding, through a pregnancy (literally working out mere hours before going in labor), and continues now through postpartum. The instructors make it a fun and motivating environment with an incredible community that has supported me through many different phases of life. I truly could not recommend Shred Naperville more!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Shred!! I have been going consistently to Shred for the past 4 years and I'm hooked! I've never been stronger or faster. I love the format, the music, the instructors, the intensity and the community. Every class is different so you never get bored. It's such an efficient, intense workout, and I always feel amazing afterwards. It is great for all levels too. There are strong athletes and beginners mixed in each class. You can always modify or adjust based on your needs. I HIGHLY recommend giving Shred a try - you won't regret it!

I scheduled a class at this Shred415 location within a week of moving to Naperville, eager to find my “new spot”. After a 1-2 year Shred hiatus (when we moved into a high rise with a gym in the building), I was so nervous to return to a HIIT training environment (eeek!) but I had the BEST experience here. I felt extremely welcome and cared for. This made such a difference! Honestly, Shred415 in Chicago can feel pretty cutthroat and intense. This location blew me away with the sense of community - WOW! Also, Erin deserves a big shoutout. She’s incredible! She’s such a skilled instructor and was sure to walk me through the class ahead of time, provided modifications for my pregnancy and was so personable. I cannot wait to come back! Thank you for providing such a warm, inviting space to get a great workout!!!

Shred415 is awesome! The workouts are tough but fun, with a perfect mix of treadmill and strength training.

The instructors are super motivating, each with their own way of pushing you to do your best. The friendly staff makes the whole vibe welcoming.

I was apprehensive about joining a gym after doing home workouts for years. Shred is exactly what I needed! My first encounter was with the owner, Stephanie, and I could tell right away that she was passionate about the business and fitness and not interested in a money grab. I have had nothing but positive experiences since I’ve stepped foot in the building. Everyone is welcoming and kind. The instructors explained everything thoroughly and the workouts are incredible! So high energy with amazing playlists to boot 🙂 I cannot recommend Shred415 Naperville enough. I look forward to every workout, even the 5 AM classes!

I'm so happy to have become a part of the Shred415 Naperville community! While the facility and instructors are top-notch, my favorite aspect of Shred415 is the childcare. My kids love the kind and caring childcare workers and are always so excited to hang out at the kids lounge! I'm not new to gym memberships as I move around a lot, but hopefully I'll get to stay here forever, thanks to the multiple conveniently locations and the ability to use my membership at all of them. Exceptionally helpful staff, pristine facility, and quality classes with varying difficulty levels make this gym stand out.
