Shred415 Brentwood

CLASSES

Brentwood Shred415’s signature class is based on four, fifteen minute segments, alternating between treadmill drills and strength training, plus onsite childcare. In every class, you’ll always do an equal amount of strength and cardio. You’ll select your weights and set your speed on the treadmill, and your instructor will challenge you to work up to your next level—at a pace that works for you. Kids Lounge

We offer childcare for kids ages 6 weeks to 13 years old, and our playroom is fully stocked with everything your little one will need to have fun and stay safe. Available at certain studios and at select times during the day. Please look at the studio schedule for Kids Lounge to book or contact your local studio for further information.

AMENITIES

We provide complimentary lockers and towel service, as well as fully-equipped bathrooms with showers, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryers, and other toiletries so you can freshen up.

I have become a SHRED415 fanatic! It is the perfect morning workout that incorporates cardio and weight training all within an hour to accomodate a busy work week. Everyone is focused on their own workout and the instructors offer modified workout options depending on your fitness level. SHRED415 also offers sculpt and weight training only classes if your are just interested in toning without the cardio.

Big shout out to their new manager Kelsey K! SHRED415 is a workout class I would have never been introduced to on my own and now I'm their #1 fan!
