Shred415

CLASSES

Shred415’s signature class is based on four, fifteen minute segments, alternating between treadmill drills and strength training, plus onsite childcare. In every class, you’ll always do an equal amount of strength and cardio. You’ll select your weights and set your speed on the treadmill, and your instructor will challenge you to work up to your next level—at a pace that works for you. Kids Lounge

We offer childcare for kids ages 6 weeks to 13 years old, and our playroom is fully stocked with everything your little one will need to have fun and stay safe. Available at certain studios and at select times during the day. Please look at the studio schedule for Kids Lounge to book or contact your local studio for further information.

AMENITIES

We provide complimentary lockers and towel service, as well as fully-equipped bathrooms with showers, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryers, and other toiletries so you can freshen up.

Worked out here off and on for several yrs- but have been pretty consistent since March. Got some bad labs in March- had them redrawn in June and every single one is perfect! Exercise really does change your life now and down the road! And Shred is perfect for those of us who didnt grow up in a gym- it is for all levels!

Today's class with Victoria at SHRED415, was a wonderful work out. The runs were challenging but Victoria kept me motivated and gave me push I need to work harder for a better work out. I also felt like the deck/floor gave me the work out I needed. This for helping me get in better shape. SHRED415 is a great place to get in shape and stay in shape with a verity of workouts.

Shred415 is the best! Amazing workout, friendly vibes! It’s the only place to get me to run. Like actually I will do anything to avoid running. Unless I am at a Woodway in hurstbourne. Childcare offered for busy parents who need a little assistance! Meredith on Saturdays is the best! 12/10 hurstbourne fitness option.

Turning 62 next month. I joined last October and I encourage anyone willing to invest in their health to come attend a workout class. I have made a great deal of improvement both mentally and physically and look forward to every work out at my own pace.

Cool workout spot in Hurstbourne. 60 minute class broken up into 4 x 15 minute intervals … 2 on treadmill and 2 on the floor with mats and weights. Take your pick of weights from 5 lbs to 50 lbs. High energy, low light intense music room. Supportive community of “Shredders” who clearly enjoy coming regularly.

From the moment I walked in, the energy was welcoming and motivating. The instructor struck the perfect balance between challenging and encouraging, and the workout was intense in the best way—fast-paced, well-structured, and never boring. I loved that everything was clearly explained, with options offered so you could push yourself while still listening to your body. The music was great, the vibe was supportive, and I left feeling sweaty, accomplished, and already excited to come back. If this was just my first class, I can’t wait to see what’s next. Highly recommend SHRED to anyone looking for a fun, effective workout that actually makes you feel strong. Thank you Laurie for inviting me!

Shred helps keep you motivated with all the energy the instructors bring. The workouts are challenging but doable. I feel myself getting stronger every week, and for the first time in my life, I can see myself sticking with this long-term.

Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, 10/10 recommend trying Shred415! I came to Shred415 looking to expand my fitness community, and I am so thankful I did! The coaches are motivating, knowledgeable, and really take the time to push you while also offering modifications when needed. The energy in every class is electric — impossible not to give it your all!! The split format (tread + strength) keeps things interesting and effective, and I've noticed real results in both my endurance and strength. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to shred on and off for 2 years and there’s a reason I keep going back! I love all the instructors and the fact that they get to write their own programming for the classes- which means you’re never getting the same thing twice.
