CLASSES

At Red Bank Shred415 every workout is divided into four 15-minute intervals, alternating between treadmill drills and strength training. You’ll select your weights and set your speed on the treadmill, and your instructor will challenge you to work up to your next level—at a pace that works for you.

childcare

CHILDCARE

We offer childcare for kids ages 6 weeks to 13 years old, and our playroom is fully stocked with everything your little one will need to have fun and stay safe.

AMENITIES

We provide complimentary lockers and towel service, as well as fully-equipped bathrooms with showers, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryers, and other toiletries so you can freshen up.

I love it here! For someone who has always been intimidated by doing anything more than a fast walk on the treadmill, I really enjoy and push myself now to go out of my comfort zone on reach new fast paces. The floor workouts are always full of effort and moving and the instructors have great energy and playlists. I HIGHLY recommend checking it out! Lots of time slots too for busy work/personal schedules.

Shred is a well run and well designed option for anyone living in the Terrace Park, Indian Hill or Hyde Park area. Workouts are fun and provide the endorphin rush I ā¤ļø! Best of all the Team at Shred take the time to recognize your milestones. I have found my new happy pace!!! 😊

I haven't worked out in 15 years, even after huge encouragement from others. Recently, I went with my son to Shred415 Cincinnati, and I am loving it. The workouts are great, and the instructors do a top-notch job of pushing each of us. I am grateful for Shred415 Cincinnati.

I took a class at Shred415 this morning, and let me just say—I’m not a morning person, but it’s hard not to feel instantly energized with the owner, Bassey, leading the way. His energy is contagious and motivating, and it truly set the tone for an incredible workout.

The class was challenging in all the right ways, but also incredibly affirming. The focus on doing just 1% better really resonated with me—it’s about trusting your body and pushing yourself, without pressure to be perfect. The HIIT cardio intervals were the right level of intensity, even for someone like me who isn’t an experienced runner. I appreciated the flexibility to go at my own pace or walk if needed.

The session I attended was a full-body workout, but they offer a variety of class formats targeting different areas, which I’m excited to explore. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I was greeted warmly, handed a towel, and the studio was spotless—clean and clearly well-maintained.

As I was leaving, I was given a handwritten thank-you card—a small but thoughtful gesture that really made the experience feel personal and genuine.

I will be back and highly recommend.

I absolutely love this location. I recently moved here and went to shred415 in my previous city. They’ve shown shred415 is really amazing in every city. The staff is super welcoming. There’s a variety of instructors with different styles so you’ll easily find ways to challenge yourself. I do wish there were more strength classes available after work or a double deck option. And more than 1 day of legs/butt focused classes. But other than that i still prefer these classes for my fitness routine!

Between my fiancĆ© and I, we are at Shred415 Cincinnati multiple times a week. It’s a great workout, but the instructors really make the class. They are inspiring, motivating, and always coming up with new ways to push you! Our favorites are Tara, Allison, and Bassey - the owner. Bassey knows every member by name and makes a point to connect with the community! We love Shred!

I joined Shred after my original (and first consistent) gym closed, so I was definitely nervous about starting over somewhere new. Everyone has been so welcoming though! The owner, Bassey, is so encouraging and an energizing presence to be around. All of the trainers learn your name immediately, so even if it’s your first class with them it feels super personalized. It’s a fantastic workout and each exercise/drill can be tailored to your fitness needs. Very excited to continue seeing and feeling the physical results and happy to now be a part of the Shred family!

Give them a try, you won’t regret it and your body will thank you! Everyone is so welcoming, motivating & the workout flys by! I got the best sweat! Also, they have thought of everything! The extra details to the bathroom is so thoughtful & it’s super clean! Forgot a ponytail no problem! Need some deodorant they got you covered. Free lockers to use as well & really nice showers! Can’t wait to go back.

There are so many amazing things I could say about Shred415! From the minute you walk in the door you feel welcomed. I am not a ā€œrunnerā€ so the idea of treadmills made me a little hesitant but all of the coaches offer walking options! It’s very inclusive. The vibe is super cool and makes the workout go by fast and fun! Each instructor brings a different flavor, type of music and workout style but none disappoint. I’m telling you - this is the place to workout.

Fantastic group fitness class gym! Pricing is what you’d expect from a group fitness class in the area. Very comparable to Orange Theory or Cycle Bar. However, the quality of class blows both the aforementioned out of the water. The weight lifting portion of the class is substantially harder than any other group fitness class I’ve been to and actually focuses muscle groups that most care about in terms of aesthetics. The treadmill portion is also great. By breaking it up into smaller portions you are able to go harder since you don’t have to worry too much about endurance or getting bored. Definitely recommend trying it out!

The best group fitness studio you will ever find. The atmosphere is unmatched! Every instructor is great and you truly can’t go wrong with any of their classes. I tried it ā€œjust onceā€ and became an unlimited shredder after my first class!

I love the routine of going but never having the same workout. Breaking down a 1 hour workout into segments makes it feel so manageable. But more than anything, it’s the community. The encouragement, the challenge, the kindness, it’s all genuine. It truly is a place where EVERYONE is welcome.

Shred 415 Red Bank makes this girl who has never before really enjoyed working out, want to work out (which is saying A LOT). The class format and energy make the time go so fast. Also, the format allows for all participants of different fitness abilities to challenge themselves and get in a good workout. This is one of the only fitness routines I have stuck with consistently for any amount of time. Shred offers plenty of times to get your sweat in either before, after... or during (hello, lunch class) your workday, plus several morning weekend options. It easily fits into my schedule. I'm so happy I found Shred!

Love the concept of Shred! The combination of strength and cardio training is so very well proportioned and leveled… this is the studio that fits my personal fitness goals and is affective that i finally can see the results. There several instructors that are my favorite and i attend their classes only. Dasha Weidus is one of them. I absolutely love her classes. Energetic, empowering, motivating! Most of all i love her personal approach. She tries to give her attention to everyone in a class and makes sure that that person is doing an exercise correctly (and we all know what improperly exercising can lead to). Another thing about Dasha, she gives you enough time to rest yet doesn’t waste any time at all. Thank you Dasha for your fitness and teaching skills. See at the next class.

I love going to Shred. I don't mind driving there for 30 minutes, that's how much I enjoy it. I switched from a different studio because of Allison. I don't think there's anyone better than her. My other favorite instructor is Dasha, and I've already brought around 10 people with me to the studio, I think. 🤪

First time trying this gym and it was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and the class was difficult but rewarding. The instructor made it fun but pushed us to work hard.

Shred is excellent for all fitness levels beginner to advanced! As a non-runner, it can be intimidating to go to a class where a treadmill is large component of class, but the class format (ā€˜drills’) makes it so doable! And Liz offers a great waking ā€˜Climb’ class, too. Oh, and shout out to the new Strength class with Lo!

I've been going to Shred415 for a year now, but honestly I could have written this same review after my first week. Never have I ever felt more welcomed or more instantly at ease in any sort of fitness establishment. The team there is truly incredible and the classes kick my butt in the best possible way. It's such an encouraging environment where your level of fitness - couch potato to prolific athlete - is superfluous and you're challenged to get in YOUR best workout, whatever that looks like for you, acknowledging that can even change day by day. Absolutely love Shred415 and am so thankful to have found a gym that has helped me transform the way I prioritize my health.

Fun , challenging workout that you get a lot out of. You can go at your own pace and don’t have to worry about feeling out of place in a large group setting. You don’t have to worry about ā€œnot being able to doā€ something as there is a modification for everything. Give it a shot!

Ive been coming to Shred weekly for about 4 months now and I felt like it was time to write a review! I absolutely love the classes and look forward to my class every week. I love that they have the option for childcare . The classes are a great workout , love the music, etc. I know I was a little scared to come but dont be scared! This workout can definitely be tailored to your fitness level!

I can't say enough about the energy put into these workouts by their amazing instructors ! Bassey is so motivating & when he's not leading a class, the mixture of fun & competition keeps you coming back for more ! If you haven't checked out a class yet, i highly recommend it !

Loved Jermaine's butt, legs, and abs class. Honestly came home and told my husband it was one of the best workouts I've had in my life. Only downside is I wish is that they would have more classes after 6 PM to accommodate people who get out of work a bit later.
