CLASSES

Every workout is divided into four 15-minute intervals, alternating between treadmill drills and strength training. You’ll select your weights and set your speed on the treadmill, and your instructor will challenge you to work up to your next level—at a pace that works for you.

CHILDCARE

We offer childcare for kids ages 6 weeks to 13 years old, and our playroom is fully stocked with everything your little one will need to have fun and stay safe.

AMENITIES

We provide complimentary lockers and towel service, as well as fully-equipped bathrooms with showers, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryers, and other toiletries so you can freshen up.

I can't say enough about the energy put into these workouts by their amazing instructors ! Bassey is so motivating & when he's not leading a class, the mixture of fun & competition keeps you coming back for more ! If you haven't checked out a class yet, i highly recommend it !

Loved Jermaine's butt, legs, and abs class. Honestly came home and told my husband it was one of the best workouts I've had in my life. Only downside is I wish is that they would have more classes after 6 PM to accommodate people who get out of work a bit later.

Always a good time. Great trainers and welcoming staff make you feel like you’re part of the team. Love the “you vs you” coaching philosophy that removes the negative spirit of competition - we cheer for each other and hi-five a neighbor on the regular. All abilities welcome! I have loved the experiences I’ve had at Shred! The staff are all kind, encouraging, and amazing to work with, the facilities are clean, and I get an amazing workout! The price point is right/fair and the classes are totally worth the price, I just (sadly) can’t afford a membership right now. But highly recommend!

I started my journey with group exercise journey at a cycle studio, it was motivating & fun to be a part of a team. However, I wanted something more! I remembered several years ago that a friend invited me to Shred415 while I was visiting in Indy. It was a great full body work out, challenging yet rewarding, & was a positive/fun atmosphere. I was hopeful that in trying the location here on Red Bank I would find the same thing. It was all of that & more! I find myself looking forward to each workout. And as I approach my 200th class, I still feel challenged. No class is the same! I definitely recommend trying it out, your first class is free ; )
