I am so thankful I found Shred415 four years ago! I had open heart surgery six years ago, which resulted in a difficult post-op recovery. I was a long-time athlete growing up and was experiencing depression post-surgery without being able to move my body the same way I always had. At the time, I had friends who found great results from going to Shred415 and I was curious to try it myself.
After my first class, I knew Shred415 was a place where I could work on myself based on the level of strength I was feeling on that particular day. All of the instructors at Shred415 Lincoln Park keep me motivated to do my best and I am able to modify my classes to match how I’m feeling from day to day. Exercising at any level is so important to overall health, and it is so encouraging to be surrounded by the energy in the room.
At Shred415 I consistently grow and show myself I am capable of accomplishing anything I put my mind to!
PS – I am 64!
