As a 52-year-old wife, and mother of five adult children, I could see menopause looming. Being a person who likes to be in control, I did not want to fall victim to the perils of a life dictated by menopause. I was starting to feel bloated and somewhat lethargic.
I was attending a boxing class and Shred415 offered an opportunity to try their services through that venue. I was initially undecided as to whether I would commit to Shred415 but the more I attended the more benefit I could see in my life. I felt better not only physically but also mentally.
When one feels good physically, they often have a more positive outlook.
I recently finished my 300th class with Shred415. They offer functional movement including cardio and weights. They offer something for everyone regardless of where you are in your own current lifestyle journey. I have enjoyed the benefit of being less bloated, feeling more energetic and more focused in my day-to-day life.
I am looking forward to continuing this chapter of my fitness journey with the Shred415 Louisville team!
