If you’ve met my mother, you can feel her kindness and light every time she walks into a room. My mom is a constant inspiration to me especially when it comes to health and wellness. In 2021, she was diagnosed with breast cancer and began the uphill battle of fighting a disease no one saw coming. Despite the ups and downs, she never lost her drive and always made time to prioritize what made her body feel good and a lot of that was finding ways to move. When we found Shred415 she immediately fell in love with not only the challenges and excellent workout it provides, but the community. A community that makes you feel stronger and lifts you up. Despite some of the lows she has faced in the past two years, Shred415 has always been high. Saturdays at Shred have been something my whole family looks forward to doing together. No matter what else is going on her day I have yet to see her leave shred without a smile on her face or saying “that was awesome”. It is always a highlight of my day having my favorite workout buddy by my side!
