I learned about Shred415 years ago from different friends and I was intrigued because their levels of fitness training varied yet they all loved Shred415. I quickly saw why.
The class segments vary so it’s never the same workout. The instructors are motivating, and the best part is they encourage you to listen to your body and make necessary modifications. They guide you but, ultimately, it’s YOUR workout.
It’s a friendly community and I enjoy working out because of Shred415. Unlike gyms, it’s not a dim-lit gym and you don’t need to wait for machines to open up, rather I reserve my preferred deck or tread.
Shred415 was a treat to me and my body. I was able to lose the stubborn pounds gained during the pandemic (ok, and from chocolate). Clean eating along with much-needed strength training made the difference. Running changed up my workout routine and it’s not unusual for me to do a double run segment if a tread is available. I enjoy the instructors immensely and also the friendly smiles of familiar Shredders. I SHED the pounds with SHRED!
