From her very first class at Shred415 in 2019, Lauren knew she had found something special. What started as a weekend workout quickly became a driving force in her fitness journey. Through consistency, big goals, and the support of her Shred415 community, Lauren has transformed her routine, and herself.
“After moving back to Columbus from Chicago in 2018, I knew I wanted to find a group fitness community that pushed me. I tried a few places, but when I took my first weekend class at Shred415 in December 2019, I knew I had found something special. The energy, the format, and most of all, the community made it stand out.
Like many others, I stepped away during the pandemic. But in late 2022, I came back to Shred, still mostly on the weekends. In April 2023, I hit 100 classes and felt motivated to go all in. With my 40th birthday coming up in July 2024, I set a big goal: hit 415 classes by the time I turned 40.
To make it happen, I upgraded to an unlimited membership and committed to taking five or more classes a week. I surprised myself by staying consistent and hitting that 415th class on my birthday! I was lucky to be surrounded by a few family members and so many supportive Shredders to celebrate both milestones.
Since then, I’ve kept the momentum going and just hit 650 classes in July. Shred has become the best part of my day, an anchor in a time of big personal and professional transitions. I’ve never felt stronger or healthier, and I’m down about 15 pounds, most of it in the last year! But more than any number, it’s the strength, routine, and community that matter most.

Your energy, encouragement, and playlists have truly kept me going. I can’t imagine my days without Shred in them!”
